Jesse Myers

Jesse has over 32 years of experience in technology and business. He started his career as a Communications Specialist through eight years of active duty in the United States Marine Corps. Upon his honorable discharge, Jesse took over leadership of the networking team at Devon Energy, then moved into consulting with Dell Services.

Jesse pivoted from strictly technical roles into Practice Leadership at Dell and then at Accenture, where he spent over two decades mapping technology requirements to business outcomes and owning the architects who scoped work alongside the leads who delivered it. He has personally consulted in networking, modern work, contact center and AI for clients including Best Buy, Honeywell, Walmart, Boeing, UnitedHealth, CVS, Halliburton, Cargill, AIG, Chase, BP, Exxon, AT&T, Johnson Controls and DuPont — all told, nearly 80% of the Fortune 200.

In 2022, Jesse founded Safire Solutions to bring big-consulting strategy, process and governance to small and medium-sized businesses in the greater Oklahoma City area — organizations that typically find firms like Accenture, Deloitte or KPMG unnecessarily “heavy” or simply out of reach. At the end of 2024 he split the company into two focused operating businesses: Safire Business Services for B2B technology consulting, managed services, vCIO and AI strategy, and Safire Home Solutions for smart home automation, networking and residential technology integration. Each carries its own insurance and serves its own market, with purpose-built expertise rather than one team stretched across both.

The practical result for a client is unusual for this market: the person scoping the work is the person who spent two decades doing it at Fortune 200 scale, and the same standards of documentation, change control and accountability come with him to a twelve-person business or a single building.
